Location: Arkansas-Conway
This role supports the Client Delivery Organization at Acxiom by helping manage customer briefing visits. In addition, this person is responsible for all the tools needed to maintain the EBC program. 
This person must be a team player, dependable, confident and committed to Acxiom’s success. The candidate must be flexible, creative, detail-oriented, consistent, and a high-quality producer under tight deadlines. In addition, this person must be able to think work independently while having the ability to execute the necessary tasks.


*Maintain and execute the EBC plan and strategy to meet objectives
*Develop relationships with the sales organization to engage and support customer/partner visits.
*Act as a point of contact for the sales teams regarding EBC needs and advise them on how/when to leverage the EBC.
*Coordinate EBC-related activities across the organization and work cross-functionally to evangelize the EBC program.
*Maintain the EBC marketing and sales materials including online sales tools.
*Maintain key metrics and tracking program to gauge success of EBC programs.
*Execute key reports to determine what products / solutions are needed to support the EBC program.
*Interface with Marketing, sales, and IT to gather, analyze and report data.

Required Skills

*Direct customer communications experience required; customer-facing experience preferred.
*Experienced with objective setting and development of specific action plans to meet target objectives
*Ability to communicate program vision, and execute against that vision
*Ability to deal with constant change, multi-task, and organize and prioritize incoming requests
*Self-motivated, highly enthusiastic relationship builder with ability to achieve results in complex environments
*Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain working relationships with multiple departments and customers
*Exceptionally strong and effective written and oral communication skills; strong ability to articulate and promote ideas, plans and results across all levels of the company
*Professional appearance appropriate to audience
*Recent experience with Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint for successful communications, and Excel for reporting and budget management


Nice to Have Skills

*Sales or sales support experience
*Experience with collaboration software programs including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Sharepoint
