Qualification of leads and know the materials available. Ability to field and resolve questions via phone and email. Online addressable advertising knowledge. Insight into relationships between agencies and advertisers with a high level understanding of digital landscape and ecosystem (email, display, social, search, etc.). Must have the ability to do executive level presentations. Will work very closely with product managers and more in-depth Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to coordinate hand offs and stay up to speed with the product and messaging. Will also work very closely with all other Acxiom product SME's, including the Acxiom Account teams.
