Required Skills

*5 years experience shooting, edititng and producing corporate/commercial video
*Experience with HD, non-linear editing suites (Adobe Premiere preferred)
*Post production tools (e.g. After Effects)
*Lighting/Audio optimization
*Project management and scheduling
*Self Starter w/ high degree of accountability for results
*Conscientious team player

* Performs maintenance, repairs, calibrations, installations, de-installations and parts acquisition for HVAC equipment, piping, pumps, filtering systems, water treatment, control systems (electric, pneumatic and digital), and other miscellaneous mechanical equipment. Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications established by safety guidelines.
* Maintains UPS battery plants.
Required skills:
* Experience with general maintenance, painting, plumbing, electrical (all phases of voltage) and carpentry.
* Understanding of overall construction of buildings.
* Knowledge of household appliances (including small ice machines, restaurant kitchen equipment, pumps and rooftop ventilation).

•Synthesizes complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous language. Owns written requirements/specifications, acceptance, traceability matrix and related documents from creation and modification through solution delivery.
•Analyzes feasibility and resource changes as a result of requirements modifications through impact analysis reporting. Informs and advises affected parties of business impact.
•Champions the business needs and "pain points" of the client and/or internal team while balancing the climate, priorities, capabilities and constraints of both client and Acxiom.
•Assists in testing phases, including test development and requirement test acceptance. Raises concerns that may impede test acceptance. Remediates issues. Understands testing methodologies (e.g. Agile) in order to effectively work with test teams.
•Develops, maintains and demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of clients' and Acxiom's technical environments.
•Keeps informed of latest industry news, trends, products, services, competitors and relevant existing and emerging technologies that may impact present and future account and business performance.

Basic Requirements:
•Facilitation – Ability to lead requirements elicitation workshops, work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, moderate brainstorming sessions, etc.
•Negotiating skills to get consensus about priorities, help resolve conflicts among project stakeholders, etc.
•Analytical to critically evaluate data gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting requirements, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from particular examples to a more general understanding, identify underlying needs from explicit user requests, etc.
•Effective Writing to communicate information effectively and consistently to different types of audiences, including senior management and technical development staff.
•Modeling to represent requirements information in graphical forms, produce business object models, conceptual data models, process models etc.

* Prepares and delivers technical presentations to internal associates and clients (current and prospective)at the appropriate technical granularity. Sponsors proposed solutions to CXO and client audiences.
* Develops, maintains and shares technical best practices.
* Ensures solutions utilize standardized capabilities and platforms. Promotes standardization through solution "templatizing" as appropriate. Advocates standardization of non-standard processes, capabilities and platforms.
* Oversees technical issues that arise throughout the sales process. Leads technical sales support. Directs and reviews technical proposal materials for technical integrity, quality, risk quantification, strategic direction and consistency with standards.
* Stays informed in latest industry news, trends, products, services, competitors and relevant existing and emerging technologies. Presents, participates and publishes in professional forums. Provides industry-recognized technical expertise.
* Primarily responsible for maintaining/retaining current revenue levels and contracts within defined book of accounts.
Required Skills
* Strong verbal, written communication skills.
* Able to present Acxiom subject matter targeted to business/line audiences versus IT or supporting functions.
* Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship skills.
* System Integration experience.
* Strong, demonstrated experience base with both organizational and technology leadership.
* Ability to speak to any aspect of Information Technology down to at least a mid-level of detail, and obviously much more detail in areas relevant to their earlier work history. 
* Understand input from several channels and shape it into a coherent message or communication, tailored to the intended audience.
* Expert in the bigger integrated picture, process improvements, and overall technology management. 
Desired Skills
* Knowledge/experience of Media/Communications/Travel or Technology industry. More than one is preferred.
* New business / presales experience (i.e. consulting skills, strategic leadership, RFP, pricing, presentations, etc).
* Working experience as a consultant.
* Client ‘presence’; experience with client C level contacts.
* Managed a couple different flavored IT groups in the past.
* Seasoned IT leader whose comfort zone is no longer just one or two specific specialty areas.
* Industry-recognized expertise on IT issues that effect customer's business, particularly emerging technologies.
* Identify and document best practices, “templatizing” where possible.
* Experience in the digital space (electronic marketing channels i.e. Web 2.0 (blogs, social networking, text…), email).
