Acxiom Digital is looking for a Media Supervisor to join its growing Search and Media team. Acxiom Digital is the internet marketing services business of Acxiom, a leading marketing services company with revenues of approximately $1.1 billion. Acxiom Digital offers a broad range of internet-based services to large marketers, including the design and execution of both customer acquisition and customer retention programs and campaigns. Acxiom works with Fortune 100 clients across all of the major industry verticals.
The Media Supervisor works collaboratively with Account Services and Media team members across a range of clients. She/heis responsible for managing the development and execution of media plans related to multiple online acquisition channels (display, affiliate, email, etc.). There is a focus on both direct/brand and social media. One to three Media Planners/Assistant Media Planners would report to the Media Supervisor.

Responsibilities
* Conduct and oversee program results analysis and help translate information into observations, lessons learned, and recommendations
* Ensure media deliverables are met and align with Client goals/objectives which includes the oversight of continuous program optimizations
* Identify strategies for maximizing results for clients
* Studies demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences for online advertising.
* Evaluates editorial content and audience composition of a wide range of media vehicles to determine which would most effectively reach target audience.
* Provides input to creative recommendations when appropriate to improve media performance
* Statistical analysis
* Presents/oversees presentation of media plan to account services and client for approval and makes adjustments as necessary.
* Establish customer accounts with outside advertising networks/vendors.
* Mentor junior members of Media team.
Skills Required:
* 5 years of relevant media experience. At least 3 years of online media planning/buying
* Deep knowledge in the following areas of interactive media: Branding and Awareness Campaigns, Direct Response, CPM, CPL, CPA, CPC, Behavioral Targeting, Localized Placements, Lead Generation Campaigns, Ad Network Placements, and others
* Must be proficient and have experience in media planning and negotiations
* Fluid understanding of all relevant ad serving and research tools including but not limited to Doubleclick, Atlas DMT, Nielsen and Comscore
* Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
* Good mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
* Experience with and knowledge of business productivity tools, especially Powerpoint and Excel. (Excel wizards a plus!)
* At least a Bachelors degree, with a record of strong academic achievement a plus
