THIS ASSOCIATE WILL BE BASED IN FAYETTEVILLE, BUT WILL COMMUTE TO THE CLIENT LOCATION IN BENTONVILLE.

*Utilizes data and statistical modeling methods to create analytical solutions and reports.
*Focuses on client project research or data development.
*Based on statistical and research findings, makes business and model application recommendations and / or builds data content in order to provide insight into product development and sales.

Research Analyst responsibilities are determined by organizational need and may include the following responsibilities:
*Utilizes data and statistical modeling methods to create analytical solutions.
*Evaluates data, constructs models, builds data strategies and defines data segmentation.
*Uncovers consumer behavioral patterns and determines ways to help improve clients' profitability and marketing returns.
*Based on statistical and research findings, makes business and model application recommendations.
*Provides pre and post delivery support, defining project requirements, developing proposals including costs and timing expectations, defining opportunities, delivering project expectations and delivering results. 
*Communicates project progress to affected associates and management. Escalates issues as appropriate.
*Utilizes reporting technologies to document and execute business requirements.
*Facilitates the data segmentation through clustering techniques including K-means.
*Runs pixel comparison counts and resolved discrepancies with appropriate networks.
*Identifies measures to improve processes, increase efficiency and promote team's technical sophistication.
*Automates and utilizes templates as appropriate.
*Stays informed and evaluates the latest Acxiom and industry news, trends, products, services, competitors and relevant existing and emerging technologies in order to keep research methods/processes technologically current.
*Develops, maintains and shares best practices.
*Designs and executes data development projects.
*Analyses data and develops models based on research. Works with teams to integrate research findings and models into Acxiom operations.

Account Manager (Agency)

JOB SUMMARY
Accountable for the management of agency client campaigns under direction of a Sr. Account Manager or Account Director. Oversees projects and campaign work performed by Associate Account Managers. Provides best practices to clients as related to email creative and ad campaigns. Helps clients interpret the end results of digital marketing campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the management of agency client campaigns. Acts as spokesperson for client within company setting, representing client's point of view and concerns.
• Works under the direction of a Sr. Account Manager. Oversees projects and campaign work performed by associate account managers. Assures client projects and requests are handled through the appropriate production channels.
• Provides best practices to clients as related to email creative and ad campaigns. Helps clients interpret the end results of digital marketing campaigns. Assists in differentiating our digital services and products from competitor campaigns.
• Engages in extensive client communication. Works directly with client on tactical campaign tasks. Responds to client questions and service requests by phone and through email following requested protocols.
• Maintains up to date information and expertise in account needs and digital space in order to facilitate campaign solutions.
• Accountable for resolving client issues to the point of resolution by proposing solutions and escalating issues to the appropriate level. Assists in managing client expectations. Professionally "pushes back" when client demands do not coincide with realistic expectations.
• Collaborates with production, technical and analytical groups to ensure client campaigns are executed according to program goals (accuracy, quality, scope, time and budget). Utilizes checklists and peer reviews.
• Maintains up to date information and expertise in account needs and agency space in order to facilitate campaign solutions.
• Assists in the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc client reporting. Looks beyond individual campaign data to analyze overall trends.
• Facilitates billing inputs and quality of time tracking.
• Facilitates account performance optimization. Looks for ways to increase campaign process efficiency internally and externally within client programs.

Basic Requirements:
*Bachelors Degree.
*Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience (direct marketing, database marketing, interactive marketing, marketing consulting, or advertising) in an agency or client facing environment.
*Polished verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients.
*Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
*Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail.
*Thorough understanding of and/or interest in digital marketing.
*Sound knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Technically literate and comfortable working with Internet technologies, and desire to build technical knowledge.
*Maturity and professionalism, combined with a passion for creativity.
*Great team player, know when to lead and when to follow.

SR Account Manager (Agency)

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving and growing the client relationship, including revenue growth for each existing program, managing the service relationship, responding to client questions, managing the day-to-day contact with Account Managers and working with internal groups to ensure timely and accurate execution of client campaigns and custom projects. Through a combination of marketing, analytical and relationship management skills, the Senior Account Manager sets program objectives for clients and manages the Account Team to implement these programs.

• Up-sell opportunities and account growth.
• Managing client program performance.
• Leading client strategy planning review sessions, and managing a team of marketing professionals.
• Manages client programs to meet client goals, recommend testing and measurement, segmentation, creative, cadence, and offers.
• Assist Account Managers and other internal groups to expedite custom services to clients.
• Assist Account Directors in scoping, planning and resourcing new opportunities across all channels.
• Assure all projects and campaigns are managed to completion.
• Proactively and reactively troubleshoot client or internal needs and issues, using the Account Managers and Associate Account Managers to support issue resolution.
• Share and implement best practices related to service delivery.
• Work directly with the sales rep on revenue, forecasts, account strategy, and account reviews.

Basic Requirements:
