SR Account Manager (Agency)

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving and growing the client relationship, including revenue growth for each existing program, managing the service relationship, responding to client questions, managing the day-to-day contact with Account Managers and working with internal groups to ensure timely and accurate execution of client campaigns and custom projects. Through a combination of marketing, analytical and relationship management skills, the Senior Account Manager sets program objectives for clients and manages the Account Team to implement these programs.

Up-sell opportunities and account growth.
Managing client program performance.
Leading client strategy planning review sessions, and managing a team of marketing professionals.
Manages client programs to meet client goals, recommend testing and measurement, segmentation, creative, cadence, and offers.
Assist Account Managers and other internal groups to expedite custom services to clients.
Assist Account Directors in scoping, planning and resourcing new opportunities across all channels.
Assure all projects and campaigns are managed to completion.
Proactively and reactively troubleshoot client or internal needs and issues, using the Account Managers and Associate Account Managers to support issue resolution.
Share and implement best practices related to service delivery.
Work directly with the sales rep on revenue, forecasts, account strategy, and account reviews.

Basic Requirements:

*Bachelors Degree.
*Minimum 5 years of applicable work experience (direct marketing, database marketing, interactive marketing, marketing consulting, or advertising) in an agency or client facing environment.
*Polished verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients.
*Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
*Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail.
*Thorough understanding of and/or interest in digital marketing.
*Sound knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Technically literate and comfortable working with Internet technologies, and desire to build technical knowledge.
*Maturity and professionalism, combined with a passion for creativity.
*Great team player, know when to lead and when to follow.
