This position is available for a unique work schedule in Conway, AR or Little Rock, AR:

Monday - Thursday
2pm - 12am
10pm - 8am

Friday - Sunday
7am - 8pm
7pm - 8am

The Decision Support Analyst provides data, analysis, and recommendations to support multiple technical operations and assure client satisfaction. Specializes in assisting customers with business solution definition through campaign management tools and/or processes. Designs and implements desktop solutions to support business solution. Assists clients with server solution deployments and system integration; including installation, configuration, testing and implementation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* 
Provides decision support services to measure operations performance, customer satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.
Responsible for application administration (extraction) and application user training.
* 
Responsible for role related processes which may include but not limited to: the SQL build process, fulfillment process, reporting and analytics, telesource/EDA process, acquisition campaign build process, PCR process and NCOA process.
* 
Designs, codes and tests user environments. Gathers user environment requirements.
* 
Installs, configures and tests user applications.
* 
Documents and conducts performance monitoring and tuning for user applications and environments.
* 
Provides consultation, support and communication to teams and clients.
Consults and trains client on campaign management tools and/or processes.

*Provides ownership to the research process of multiple technical operations / services.
*Provides data, analysis, and recommendations to support multiple technical operations, assuring client satisfaction.
*Provides consultation, support, communication and training to teams and clients on campaign management tools and / or processes.
*Liaisons with multi-channel partners, providing question support and new set up for transfer and encryption.
*Provides assistance to requested ad hoc projects.
*Participates in change management process for existing solutions which may include, but is not limited to, solution, tool and process changes.
*Provides issue resolution which may include, but is not limited to, tool errors that require escalation and data integrity issues.
*Responsible for application administration (extraction).
*Identifies, recommends and documents code changes or makes appropriate code changes.
*Constructs and/or enhances data documentation as needed.
