Acxiom Corporation anticipates this additional upcoming Sales Executive opportunity. The following position is an anticipated need that we plan to recruit for with a July 2012 start date.

DESCRIPTION:
* Strategically focused on expanding Acxiom's market share by closing new business accounts. 
* Responsible for achieving established financial objectives, sales quotas and goals.
* Targets potential leads through appropriate sales strategies.
* Creates and maintains an updated sales pipeline.
* Engages in extensive prospect and client communication and troubleshoots account complications to promote client satisfaction. 
* Partners with Markets and Acxiom Lines of Business regarding account growth and contract renewals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Leads corporate efforts for new business deals.
* Drives contract negotiations for prospective accounts, including price, terms of sale, service and delivery terms.
* Responsible for new business accrual from initial contact to close.
* Creates and manages sales pipeline.
* Pursues qualified opportunities. Meets/exceeds sales quotas and other sales related goals.
* Develops, cultivates and promotes ongoing relationships with prospective clients.
* Drives discussions to higher levels of leadership within organizations.
* Establishes and maintains multiple points of contacts, including the CXO level.
* Engages in extensive client communication, strategic planning and troubleshoots account complications to promote client satisfaction.
* Documents and updates prospect and client "relationship maps".
* Establishes and maintains subject matter expertise in Acxiom technologies, verticals and lines of business in order to help align prospective client business needs to products, solutions and services offered through consultation.
* Promotes enterprise-wide rather than niche solutions.
* Consults, advises and educates prospective clients on the merits of Acxiom's capabilities through demonstrations and presentations.
* Improves awareness of multi-channel integrated marketing solutions.
* Presents compelling purchasing rationales at the appropriate technical granularity.
* Creates value and differentiates our services and products from competitor campaigns.
* Stays informed in latest industry news, trends, products, services, competitors and relevant existing and emerging technologies. 
* Collaborates with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information. 
* Provides insight and strategy regarding wins/losses.
* Documents best practices and case studies and shares industry, deal, and sales "best practice" knowledge with sales community.
* Partners with Markets and Acxiom Lines of Business regarding account growth and contract renewals.
* Partners with various functional groups to ensure client deliverables are executed within scope, time and budget.
* Collaborates with various functional groups to guarantee appropriate resource allocation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Executive (SE) is an individual contributor role. The SE does not have direct reports but is expected to mentor less experienced sales executives.     



* 5-7 years solution selling sales experience in the Retail industry.
* Sold $5M TCV deal(s).
* Experience selling solutions with alliance partners.
* Experience selling solutions involving mergers and acquisitions.
* Experience selling solutions across multiple client LOB’s.
* Other demonstrated attributes – competitive, risk-taking, accountable, adaptable, teamwork-oriented, motivated, results-oriented, solution oriented.

Location: Arizona-Phoenix
Acxiom is looking for a Product Manager that can translate Acxiom’s product vision for an integrated data management platform that brings together online, mobile, social, and CRM data into a market-driven development roadmap in alignment with client needs. This person will act a subject matter expert in online advertising including data collection and data distribution and will perform competitive analysis, gather market requirements, construct user stories, maintain a product backlog and work with a cross functional team to deliver product iterations with high market value. This is a highly interactive role, requiring this individual to work closely with partners, engineers, architects, analysts, clients and other product managers. The product manager will also be asked to maintain documents describing how the platform is meeting any industry requirements for user privacy for both known and anonymous interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Solicit and prioritize clear and documented requirements from clients, partners, and chief product owner.
*Create user stories and maintain product backlog.
*Consolidate and synthesize requirements from cross-functional and geographically dispersed organizations across various technology and operational disciplines.
*Manage market research and opportunity assessment on new ideas and concepts.
*Ensures product development team understands client's / Acxiom’s priorities.
*Participate fully to identify major risks to the project and strive for mitigation.
*Tracks, measures and communicates product plan.
*Defines product characteristics used for quality control and metrics.
*Build relationships with customers to garner feedback for development of product offerings. Present products to internal and external customers at a senior level.
*Monitors product quality in development and delivery.
*Evaluates product readiness.
*Communicates to customers concerning project status and ensure they are aware of any risks.
*Develops implementation plan.
*Keeps informed of latest industry news, trends, products, services, competitors and relevant existing and emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
*Significant Online or mobile advertising and/or Ad Operations product knowledge &amp; experience with a deep understanding of the technical operations.
*High-level of experience participating in development projects especially with writing and overseeing requirements.
*Experience interacting with technical constituents, including software engineers and web developers.

Nice to have skills:
*Data Management Platform knowledge &amp; experience.
*Database Marketing skills.

*Agency knowledge or experience.
*Knowledge of web standards, design and usability.
